We will not win by doing what’s already been done. The status quo is broken and incremental change will not suffice. Dunia was born out of frustration with old systems that no longer serve us. We succeed by thinking in first principles, questioning everything, and being bold enough to change the rules, or write new ones. We don't just move fast; we break through.
We grow by taking risks, owning our mistakes, and listening with empathy. We come from different places and think in different ways, and that makes us stronger. What connects us is trust in each other and commitment to the work. We show up as our true selves and make space for others to do the same.
